Bookings Co-ordinator & Digital Resources Manager

Photoplan is a property marketing company based in London & Essex but covering the entire UK. We specialise in all aspects of marketing from Photography, Floor Plans, 360° Virtual Tours, Property Brochure Design, Aerial Drones, CGI and Video.

We are currently looking to recruit a new member of the team in the role of Bookings Co-ordinator. This is quite a varied role requiring a host of different skills both practical and creative. 

The main part of the role is as bookings co-ordinator, managing the daily intake of phone calls and emails from clients and liaising with various parties to organise the weekly calendar. This will require communicating with both clients and colleagues to create an organised and achievable workflow for all involved.  

The other large part of the role is as photo editor/retoucher. This requires managing the daily intake of photographs and editing them to client’s requirements. This will mainly include removing items from images, watermarking, resizing and adding items such as blue skies to create the desired aesthetic and will call for proficient skills in Adobe Photoshop. The images will also need to be archived daily onto an online server.

Other parts of the role include brochure design and floor plan amendments. For this, it would be beneficial to have a working knowledge of both Adobe products including Photoshop and illustrator respectively.  Floorplan amendments would also be needed on occasion, correcting measurements and layouts.

  • Booking in our photographers as efficiently as possible.
  • The role will primarily be based at our offices in Southend-on-sea
