Land Registry Lease Plan – 10 Trinity Square

At Photoplan we specialise in the production of Land Registry Lease plans. This summer we completed a very large project to re-draw and finalise the commercial lease plans for 10 Trinity Square.

The majestic building was designed by Sir Edwin Cooper, The Grandiose Structure was a celebration of the Port of London Authority’s power and importance in the early 20th century with the external statuary all relating to the nature of the it’s responsibilities – Trade navigation & shipping – As Governors of what then was the most active and important port in the world.

The building now comprises of a Casino, Hotel, residential apartments and simply amazing penthouses. Below is one of the Hotel levels. The entire building came in at over 350,000 sq ft.
