Lease Plans Information

Are the lease plans Land Registry Compliant?

Yes our plans are fully land registry compliant, they are produced to scale, with a scaled site plan, an accurate north point and the demise clearly edged in red.

How long will they take to produce?

Once we have obtained access to your property to carry out the site survey we aim to complete lease plans within 48 hours. The completed plans will first be emailed to you for approval and then hard copies printed and posted to you.

Is access to the property required to produce the lease plans?

Generally yes, unless you have accurate and thorough plans of the property for us to work from, we would need to access the property to measure and survey.

How many printed copies of the lease plans will be provided?

We will provide you with upto 8 printed hard copies of your lease plans, additional copies will be incur an additional charge.
