After gaining access to your property to conduct a site survey, we strive to complete your lease plans within 48 hours. Once finished, we will send you the completed plans via email for your approval. Following your confirmation, we will print and mail hard copies of the plans to you. This ensures that you receive your plans as quickly and efficiently as possible, with minimal delays in the process.
In most cases, we require access to the property to conduct accurate measurements and surveys for lease plans. This is because having detailed and precise plans of the property to work from is essential for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the final product. However, if you already have accurate and thorough plans of the property, we may be able to work from those without needing to access the property.
We will supply you with up to 4 printed hard copies of your lease plans at no extra cost. If you require additional copies, please note that there will be an additional charge for each copy beyond the initial four provided.
