When you need a lease plan in London
HM Land Registry requires a compliant lease plan whenever a lease of more than seven years is registered, when an existing lease is extended or varied, and when part of a registered title is transferred. In London that covers an enormous range of everyday transactions: statutory lease extensions on mansion-block and conversion flats, deeds of variation to correct or update a demise, share-of-freehold arrangements, and developers splitting a single building into multiple leasehold titles.

What a compliant London lease plan includes
Every plan we produce is drawn to a recognised metric scale — typically 1:100 or 1:200 — with the demise edged in red and communal or shared areas distinguished in green. Plans include a north point, a scale bar, labelled floor levels and an Ordnance Survey location plan so the property can be identified on the OS map.
